Returns, Refunds and Withdrawal
At EmmetiStore we do our best to guarantee you a satisfactory purchase. However, if the product received does not correspond to the order placed or does not meet your needs, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery, by writing to info@emmetistore.com.
Return Conditions
The returned product must be intact, unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
The return is always at the customer's expense. You can choose to:

Carry out the shipment independently

Request a return label from EmmetiStore, at a fixed cost of €20.00
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal It is not applicable to the products:

Not present in the catalogue and ordered upon customer request

Custom or tailor-made
-
Included in art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
In particular, it is not possible to request a return or withdrawal for:

Doors of any type

Special plasters and paints
-
Customized products
-
Furnishings Beta
-
Products Velux
-
Le Nordica stoves
Returns are permitted for these items only with prior written authorization by EmmetiStore.
Cancelling Orders
In case of cancellation of an order already placed, a penalty will be applied penalty of €10.00 for each order.
Delivery Control Reservation
Always put the control reserve upon delivery, especially in the case of insured shipping.
If the courier is BRT, it is mandatory to enter a specific reserve, clearly indicating any visible damage, such as:

Open package

Damaged neck
-
Tampered or broken tape
This procedure is necessary for the possible activation of the insurance.
Refund Times
Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will proceed to refund or replacement within a few working days.
We remind you that, starting from June 7, 2021, Returns will not be accepted without a valid reason, other than those indicated above.
