How Scalapay Works

Scalapay accepts all major credit, debit and prepaid cards of the circuits VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Installment Deadlines

  • First installment: at the time of purchase

  • Second installment: 1 month after purchase

  • Third and final installment: 2 months after purchase

You will receive a notification via SMS and email a few days before each deadline.

What Happens in Case of Return

If you make a return, the payment plan is cancelled and you will receive a refund of the installments already paid.

Late Requirements and Fees

To use Scalapay you must be adult.

If an automatic payment of an installment fails, you have 24 hours of time to complete it manually from your Scalapay account. After 24 hours, penalties may apply late payment fees:

  • Payment by due date: no additional cost

  • Delay of more than 1 day: up to €6 of commission

  • Delay more than 1 week: additional €6, for a maximum total of €12 per installment

The total of the commissions will never exceed 15% of the remaining amount to be paid.
